How to apply
Step 1: Apply the matte end of your eyeliner to the outer half of your upper lash-line to add shape, depth and definition.
Step 2: Use the metallic end in your inner corners and along the lower and upper lash line to make the eyes look bigger, brighter and more mesmerising.
Tilbury Tip: Brown-eyed beauties will often have copper and gold tones in their eyes, making SUPER BLUE the perfect contrasting eyeshadows for brown eyes. However, the warm hues of COPPER CHARGE will create harmony and ENHANCE your eye colour magic!
